The aim of WP1 is to create a knowledge basis for the development (WP3, WP4 and WP5) and evaluation (WP7) of academic and continuous professional trainings. To achieve this the consortium will:
- Compile, structure and analyse needs and demands (from the previous projects, previous surveys and literature) for the manufacturing industry,
- Supplement this information with further input from the DIGIFOF network,
- Identify the needs most relevant to companies and match them with the consoritum’s competences and skills.
