The work package includes all activities necessary for the successful management of the project activities. Therein are included:
- 5 project meetings,
- The definition of templates, procedures and processes,
- The financial and administrative management,
- Operational project management,
- The project monitoring and reporting,
- Conflict management,
- Ensuring the timeliness and quality of final results and deliverables.
